Currently, II–VI semiconductor compounds (including CdSe, ZnSe, and ZnTe) with higher security and tenability are considered promising components with bigger photovoltaic performance7. ZnSe alone is a much more promising substance for window layer8 with large efficiency and low cost. CdSe and ZnSe both of those have the next capability for photon
